Joe A. Ross School has many different types of sports that include hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, golf, track & field, cross country, and badminton....The sports program here has its ups and downs... certain teams come back victorious from tournaments... some teams come home sad after a loss.....

The golf team came back victorious in their zone and did very well in the provincials..

The soccer team didn't do too well in their zone tournament as they came in 4th or 5th place.

Joe A. Ross is currently focusing on the sports of volleyball and hockey.The volleyball team just recently attended a tournament in Thompson where they didn't do so well. We are going to do much better!

The Joe A. Ross hockey team is practicing and playing in exhibition games here and there as they prepare to attend a tournament down south in Minedosa.

After the volleyball and hockey season J.A.R.S will be starting basketball.

The basketball team has had a good run in the past couple of years as they won the zone banner a few times in a row before losing last season in a close game.Joe A. Ross basketball team has a lot of provincial experience.
